Cancellation Policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS PAYMENT TERMS / FEES. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of total session/event fee is due upon execution of payment for services provided by Leadfoot Racing Entertainment. Remaining balance and any quantity changes are due the same day as the event unless other arrangements have been made. Included in the payment for services are costs of equipment setup, testing, operation and tear down. Payments may or may not be refundable and the sole judgement of Leadfoot Racing Entertainment, L.L.C. Customer agrees to pay all collection fees and expenses related to collection of session/event charges including but not limited to attorney fees and court costs. ACCESS. Customer agrees to provide Leadfoot Racing Entertainment, L.L.C. access to all areas where equipment is to be set up and operated, access to stable internet connection (minimum speed of 256K), access to in-service 120VAC outlets, access to necessary utilities, adequate parking, and access to bathroom facilities. AVAILABILITY. Customer will be available in-person and/or via phone, text, email, and all modes of communication for any required inspections or clarification of specifications, such as location of setup, as may be required. Booking services may be terminated if information requested is not supplied within 5 attempts. CANCELLATION/WEATHER POLICY. Customers may cancel or postpone an event with at least 48 hours' notice before setup at the customer location; failure to do so will make all payments non-refundable. Postponed events are subject to availability. Leadfoot Racing Entertainment, L.L.C. is not liable for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, fire, communicable diseases, emergencies, or crises, including named and unnamed storms, windstorms, and all other "Acts of God" that are not explicitly listed that could prevent safe setup and operation of the Sprint Car Motion Simulator or delay delivery. Leadfoot Racing Entertainment, L.L.C. reserves the exclusive right to determine access to and operation of the SS-D2 Sprint Car Motion Simulator and may refuse to provide or continue services for any reason. RELEASE OF LIABILITY. Every "Participant" must sign our waiver prior to entering the cockpit of the SS-D2 Sprint Car Motion Simulator. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF TERMS & CONDITIONS. Upon execution of payment, whether in full or down payment, the customer attests that they have read and understand the Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound to them.
